A Legoland marine biologist feeds a wide range of fish, sharks and seals, each one being able to distinguish the food that was made for them. Although marine biology requires messy work like squishing fish food you create a deep connection with the sea animals.

Marine Science students partnered with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to identify problems in Sage Creek High’s drains that are causing water pollution and students pick up litter around the school. This impactful and creative opportunity given to students allows them to get into the problem-solving and hardworking mindset of marine biologists.
