  1. Pumpkin Pie

Starting off in the #5 spot, we have an important player in any Thanksgiving dinner: the pumpkin pie. No Thanksgiving feast is complete without a good ol’ pumpkin pie. With its buttery crust and its warm spice the pumpkin pie earns itself the respectable and well-deserved fifth place. No matter what toppings you use, a Pumpkin Pie will always be a great way to finish off a Thanksgiving dinner,

  1. Mac and Cheese

A somewhat simple but delicious plate will be taking our fourth spot. A dish that never fails and will always be finished at the Thanksgiving dinner, Mac and Cheese easily takes fourth place. The cheesy and flavorful dish is easily recognizable and loved by those of all ages. Unfortunately, there won’t be any leftovers of this dish on Thanksgiving.

  1. Gravy

Now onto the big 3. Taking our third spot is gravy! What Thanksgiving dinner is complete without some gravy to top it all off? Taken from the juice of the turkey, gravy is an essential to finish off your Thanksgiving dinner! Pouring it over your turkey and mashed potatoes will create an irresistible dinner plate. Speaking of mashed potatoes, that brings us to our second-place contender.

  1. Mashed Potatoes.

A Thanksgiving staple, mashed potatoes easily clear the competition, taking an easy second-place spot. These creamy and buttery beauties are the best side for your dish on Thanksgiving. Mashed potatoes are a simple but amazing side. Their versatility ensures for a great side to your dinner plate. Topped with our third place – the gravy – creates an unstoppable duo.

  1. Turkey

Without a doubt the star of the Thanksgiving dinner at number one, we have the turkey. No matter how you like your turkey, it is easily the main attraction at every Thanksgiving dinner. The nice and crispy skin doubled by its amazing meat, the turkey easily wipes all the competition on the table taking the number one spot without a sweat.

No matter what dishes you choose, The Sage wishes you a happy Thanksgiving!
