Key Club members worked together to complete a project they were assigned. It was a great bonding experience to be able to work on a project as a group.
Leila Young and Ariana Sharifi pose while thy volunteer. They were happy to serve the community at the lagoon!
The trail overlooks the wonderful lagoon. The Agua Hedionda Lagoon is a peaceful volunteering opportunity and it is highly recommended to go check out.
A girl rakes to widen the trail. She collected a large pile of the remnants to throw away once finished.
Sage Creek’s Key Club members expand the trail by the lagoon to be 10 feet wide. The trail was widened by cutting out unwanted branches and bushes.
The lagoon serves some beautiful views on an early Saturday morning. It is a wonderful place to volunteer on a bright, sunny day.
Volunteers at the Agua Hedionda Lagoon walk down to the trail where they volunteered. Leaders at the lagoon taught them all they needed to know.
