Leah Ertel is a Senior and Opinion editor this year returning for her last and final year on The Sage.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, Girl Scouting, and spending time outdoors.

Madeline Mack, this year's Web Editor-in-Chief of The Sage, is committed to representing the diversity of people and interests at Sage Creek making The Sage a center for community connection. When she isn’t writing and editing, you can find her running with the cross country team, reading books by Black female authors, and spending time in nature with her family.
Nadia Razzaq, Web Editor-in-Chief
Nadia Razzaq is honored to be Web Editor-in-Chief during her final and fourth year with The Sage. This year, she hopes to foster and welcome unique perspectives to the publication. Outside of her work, she loves photography and road trips.
Nancie Huang-Ball, Opinion Editor
Nancie Huang-Ball is a senior in her third year with The Sage and is thrilled to be an editor this year. She especially enjoys writing feature articles but also loves being in front of the camera. In her free time, Nancie often practices classical music on the piano and draws realistic portraits.
Austin Jew, Broadcast Editor-In-Chief
Austin Jew is currently a Junior renewing his role as Broadcast Editor-In-Chief for the 2023-2024 school year. Austin, in his free time, enjoys editing and playing games.
Nick Cepek, Executive Director
Nick Cepek is a senior in his fourth year of The Sage. This year he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Sage website and broadcast section.
Cooper Hancock, Assistant Web Editor-in-Chief
Cooper Hancock is a senior and is returning to The Sage for his fourth year. Typically, an avid sports writer, he is excited to try new things as Assistant Web Editor-in-Chief this year. You can find him on the soccer field or in the bleachers at an MLB game. He once again hopes to further the quality of The Sage.
Lulu Horne, Staff Reporter
Lulu Horne is a Senior at Sage Creek High School and is currently in her third year as a Staff Reporter for The Sage. Outside of school she enjoys dancing classical ballet and performing cello with Civic Youth Orchestra. She enjoys reading fantasy and classics in her free time.
