Thrifty Threads Encinitas

607 S Coast Highway in Encinitas

This is one of the better thrift stores in Southern California. While being a smaller store, it still has much to offer and almost everything there is fashionable. Unlike Goodwill, at Thrifty Threads, you won’t have to dig through multiple racks to find something that isn’t outdated. They have lots of unique and up-to-date pieces for reasonable prices. Thrifty Threads does a good job of making sure that you’re paying for what you’re getting. Shirts are at max $10, jackets are $12 or less and jeans are individually priced. Not to mention they have a large variety of rental pieces, most of them being crazy Halloween costumes. So if you’re looking for a cheap costume to rent for a party or maybe just some trick-or-treating, head on over and see what they’ve got to offer. My favorite part of this store is that most of the items are all set at the same price, rather than being individually priced. One more thing to note about Thrifty Threads is that you can only pay in cash. But don’t worry, if you’re a card only person-like myself-you can go out behind the store to the Wells Fargo and withdraw some cash. Next time you find yourself in Encinitas, head over to Thrifty Threads to find some trendy pieces.
