Teachers have grown aware of a current problem at Sage Creek. Evidence of classroom break-ins has been found in multiple classrooms in only the last week alone. Confused, teachers have tried to find who was behind this, and after months of searching, they found the cause. The library fish have been escaping their tank at night to invade teachers’ classrooms.
We suspect that the leaders of the operation are Gilbert and Guppie. They recently formed the group once the new fish were introduced to the library. We know they’ve been a clever team since they began their heists.
We still don’t know how the fish are breaking into the classrooms, but we think that they may have learned how to open a door with a paper clip. Teachers in the 2000 building have reported stolen items such as staplers, binder clips, and even larger devices like Chromebooks.
Mrs. Shali confirmed the fish’s crimes only a few days ago. She found the stolen items hidden inside the sand castle. The fish, seemingly innocent, denied their crimes when questioned.
“I’m very disappointed in them stealing all the items from the classrooms,” Mrs. Shali commented, shocked at their actions. “It’s ridiculous how that sand castle is filled with so many items from campus.”
Although the fish are now being carefully watched, there is no telling if the crimes will stop. These fish are cunning, devious and confident in what they do. Teachers have already been advised to keep their items safe and hidden. Keep an eye out for the fish, Bobcats.
