Sage Creek High School’s Club Rush is the perfect chance for students to find fun clubs, make new friends, and explore their interests all in one exciting week.
Club Rush at Sage is always one of the most fun and exciting parts of the school year, but setting up is always the most important part of getting people to join.
First, you must make a poster appealing enough for people to approach your stand. Then, you have to tell people why the club is better than all the other clubs. Lastly, you must convince them to write their names down to join.
Club Rush at Sage is about finding what club suits you. Even though you may not be into the Crumbl Cookie Club, you may want to try the Candy Trading Club or the Croissant Club. No matter what, there will be a club for you.
Club Rush is a great place to meet new people and give out to the community like the Key Club.
“There are many different people with different interests and it is interesting to see how they want to impact the community,” said Leila Young, a member of Key Club.
Clubs aren’t just about having fun and meeting new people; they are also about helping others outside of school and making their community a better place.
“Our club is a place where people can come in and create stuff like beanies and we take them and donate them to a local homeless shelter,” said Zoe Jara, a leader in the Crochet Club.
This shows how different clubs help different people. Whether it is donating to the community or just creating a welcoming environment for people with similar interests, there is a place for everyone.
Club Rush runs from Oct. 14 to Oct. 18 at lunch, so check it out if you want to meet new people and have fun with Sage Creek’s lively environment.
