Strawberry Shack, located in the heart of Carlsbad Village, is most famous for their menu consisting of solely strawberry-themed items!

“My father and I started our business in 2009 and we transitioned to a permanent place. We have also evolved with different treats over the years,” co-owner Tyler Bruhn said. “[The most popular dish] would definitely be our strawberry shortcake and shake.”

The strawberry shortcake is an angel food cake along with fresh strawberries and topped with homemade whipped cream. Their other most popular treat, the strawberry shake, is made with fresh strawberries and their vanilla custard. To top it all off, homemade whipped cream is added as a finishing touch! Treat yourself to a fresh strawberry treat the next time you drive past The Strawberry Shack in Carlsbad Village.
