With last year’s groundbreaking title, “Modern Warfare,” still fresh in everyone’s minds, and with some of the franchise’s best titles under its belt, Treyarch was in a pretty tough spot this year. Black Ops Cold War’s development was ripe with studio changes, a shorter development cycle, and some massive firings and hirings, so it was a miracle that they finished the game as it is.
