“Corpse Bride” is a charming, tragic fantasy that follows the tale of two brides pining after one man. When Victor, a son of a merchant, messes up a wedding rehearsal, he heads over to the woods to practice his vows.
Victor, the son of a fish merchant, is practicing his vows in the forest when he places the ring on what he thinks is a tree branch. The last thing he expects is somebody to come out of the ground, and he runs for his life. When finally free of this terrifying creature he saw, she shows up right next to him.
After several unsuccessful rehearses, Victor finally succeeds… but ends up placing a ring on a corpse’s finger on accident which creates a number of romantic problems. With love from both a corpse bride and a living bride, a story is produced that will pull on your heart. A sorrowful fantasy, “Corpse Bride” is the perfect movie to get in the feels this Halloween.
