Nancie Huang-Ball is a senior in her third year with The Sage and is thrilled to be an editor this year. She especially enjoys writing feature articles but also loves being in front of the camera. In her free time, Nancie often practices classical music on the piano and draws realistic portraits.

The marketing team works on making digital flyers and a social media page on Instagram and Nextdoor. They’ve largely been using Canva, a graphic design website, and have realized that they’ve become very good at it.

There is a strong need to improve work-life balance since exhaustion is so prominent throughout students. Reducing homework or even having four-day work weeks would allow students to recharge more so they can come back and have more motivation and productivity in class. Not only that, but they could personalize their new free time to help their well-being or get real-life experience.
