Lola’s 7 Up Mexican Market & Deli is standing strong after being open since 1943. This family business has kept busy and is working hard to make their customers the happiest they can be.

Lola’s

Lola’s is a small, local restaurant in Carlsbad Village that opened in 1943. They offer Mexican food and they are known for their Super Nachos. They provide their customers with great customer service and will put together your food in a timely manner!

“I have worked at the store for a long time,” Lola’s manager Henry Trejo said. “It’s a family business. I have been working since I was three or four years old. It is such a friendly environment.”

He stated the taco or the enchilada plate is his most popular dish to sell. Both dishes come with a side of rice and beans, or a salad. Lola’s offers indoor and outdoor seating, as well!

“Try a local spot out!” Like Henry stated.
